Singapore Dance Inspiration

Dance Inspiration is a diverse dance troupe in Singapore that combines the dynamics and strengths of Ballet, Modern and Cultural dance genres to create a unique style of Contemporary dance with a distinct Singapore local flavour to it. Members in Dance Inspiration are trained in the field of gymnastics and Wushu. Inspired by the enthusiasm of the students, Dance Inspiration aims to provide youths with a platform to create and perform, as well as to be involved in production management.
Founded in 1991 by Mr Low Ee Chiang in Rochor CC, Dance Inspiration has since grown from a budding dance troupe to its current stature. Under his artistic guidance, Dance Inspiration has participated in events which include Chingay Parade, National Day Parade and Singapore Youth Festival ceremony performances. The troupe also performed in prestigious events such as Asian Youth Games 2009 Opening Ceremony, ASEAN School Games 2011 Opening Ceremony and (Singapore 2010) Youth Olympic Games Opening Ceremony.
Members of Dance Inspiration have also been involved in collaborations with many arts troupes such as The Theatre Practice, Singapore Dance Theatre, Singapore Hokkien Huay Kuan Arts & Cultural Troupe, Chinese Dance Artistes’ Association and Siong Leng Musical Association. Mr Low Ee Chiang also led members of Dance Inspiration to collaborate with international artistes/ performers in recent years where he was the Martial Arts – Wushu Consultant/ Choreographer (武术指导) for the Circus Theatre <Voyage De La Vie>, the Resident show (2010-2012) in Resorts World Sentosa.

新加坡《创意舞坊》是一个多样化的舞蹈团，结合了芭蕾舞，现代舞和民族舞的力学和力量，打造现时代别具鲜明新加坡本地风味的独特舞蹈风格。Dance Inspiration的舞者们都接受过体操和武术的训练。透过学生们热诚的激发，Dance Inspiration旨在为青少年提供一个创作与表演的平台，以建立和执行，以及参与作品的管理。
Dance Inspiration在1991年由Low Ee Chiang先生在Rochor CC创立，从崭露头角的舞蹈团发展到目前的名望。在他的艺术指导之下，Dance Inspiration参与了包括妆艺大游行（Chingay Parade），国庆阅兵和新加坡青年节等仪式上的演出。剧团也在2009年亚洲青年运动会开幕式，2011年东盟中学生运动会开幕典礼，2010年新加坡青年奥运会开幕式上演出。
Dance Inspiration的成员们也参与了与许多艺术团体，如实践剧场（The Theatre Practice），新加坡舞蹈剧场，新加坡福建会馆艺术文化艺术团，中国舞蹈艺术家协会和湘灵音乐社的合作演出。近几年，Low Ee Chiang先生也带领Dance Inspiration的成员们，与国际艺人/演员合作 ，演出由Low Ee Chiang先生出任 武术编导，在圣淘沙名胜世界为驻地秀（ 2010-2012 ）的马戏剧场<Voyage De La Vie

Dance Inspiration adalah kumpulan penari beraneka di Singapura yang menggabungkan dinamik dan kekuatan Ballet , genre tarian moden dan Kebudayaan untuk mencipta gaya unik dalam tarian kontemporari dengan dipenuhi oleh perasaan tempatan Singapura. Ahli-ahli dalam Inspirasi Tarian dilatih dalam bidang gimnastik dan Wushu ,diilhamkan oleh semangat pelajar .Inspirasi Tarian menyediakan platform untuk merekakan dan melaksanakan, dan juga terlibat dalam pengurusan produksi.
Ditubuhkan pada tahun 1991 oleh Encik Low Ee Chiang di Rochor CC , Inspirasi Tarian telah berkembang sejak dari tarian rombongan tunas sampai kedudukan sekarang. Di bawah bimbingan seninya , Inspirasi Tarian telah mengambil bahagian dalam persembahan di atas acara-acara perasmian termasuk Chingay Parade, Perbarisan Hari Kebangsaan dan Festival Belia Singapura,serta bersembah dalam acara berprestij seperti majlis perasmian Sukan Belia Asia 2009, majlis perasmian Sukan Sekolah-Sekolah ASEAN 2011 dan majlis perasmian Sukan Olimpik Belia ( Singapura 2010 ).
Ahli-ahli Inspirasi Tarian juga telah terlibat dalam kerjasama dengan banyak rombongan seni seperti Teater Amalan, Dance Theatre Singapura , Singapura Hokkien Huay Kuan Seni & Troupe Kebudayaan , Persatuan Artis Cina Tarian dan Siong Leng Persatuan Muzik . Encik Low Ee Chiang juga membawa ahli Inspirasi Tarian untuk bekerjasama dengan artis / penghibur antarabangsa dalam beberapa tahun kebelakangan ini di mana beliau merupakan Perunding / Koreografer Seni Wushu, bagi Teater Circus <Voyage De La Vie> , persembahan Residen (2010-2012) di Resorts World Sentosa.
