We have a problem for saving and sending the form. It always stated that the validation errors occurred even we already filled up all columns marked with *

Hi, should you encounter error [Validation errors occurred. Please confirm the fields and submit it again.], kindly review you submitted detail on Part I: Overview and Part 7: Personal Info by clicking on the button respectively. Fill in the required fields as indicated on the screen which will be highlighted and marked as asterisk * beside the label description. Hope this clarify.

Des Ms. Cheng, You have to enter at least one participant passport number and expire date when you submit the form. However, you can update the information via email should there is a change on the passport detail before the event start.
